Exterior
Balcony The balcony on the 2nd floor provides a fabulous view of the Wildlife Refuge, Bastrop Bayou, and provides a front-row seat to the incredible sunsets, each better than the one before. The table and chairs in the SW corner almost always get a nice breeze, so it's a great place to read a book, or just watch the boats go by.
Floating Dock The floating dock provides a stable platform for all kinds of activities, whether it be fishing, bird watching, or just a place to put a chair and watch the sunset
Driveway The large driveway area provides room for up to 4 cars.
Lower deck The deck on the 1st floor is covered, has a nice porch swing, and is a great place to cast your rod and enjoy a day fishing, or just to kick back and relax.

Sit outside and watch the boats go by...
All living is done on the 2nd floor, accesible via stairs. An elevator can service those unable to climb stairs.
